Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or are missing their original packaging. Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@curlfreelystore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
This ensures the fastest turnaround so you get your new product as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@curlfreelystore.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
